As promised on my Instagram account, I will show the inside of my new Limelife Planner! Many were interested to see how it compares to the Erin Condren Life Planner before deciding to buy a planner. While I do think there are many similarities between the two, there are a lot off upgrades and customizations that the Limelife Planner has to offer. So lets take a peek inside!
First, I'll start with what kind of Limelife planner I decided to purchase. I chose the "Mary" cover with the monthly + weekly calendar. Now what that means is this heart print on the cover also matches the monthly and notes pages on the inside. Currently, there are at least 14 different 10mil laminated cover designs to choose from, with the planner pages to match on the inside. Each cover can be personalized with your name and/or quote. The planner is also available in just a monthly planner, unbound or unpunched, and also in A5 size to insert in a ring style planner. I also selected the horizontal weekly layout, starting with Monday.
When you first open the planner, there is a large clear pocket attached in the front, similar to what Erin Condren has, but without the zip. While you couldn't place pens or markers inside, its still a perfect place for planner stickers, receipts, and extra notes.
The next few pages have your standard Special Dates and Holidays, a year-at-a-glance calendar, pages for goal setting, contact list, and even a password log.
I did not purchase any additional inserts for this planner, but Limelife Planner does offer some fantastic add-ons if you really want to get the most out of your planner. You can add a Budget, Fitness, Photgraphers, Social Media, Menu Planning, Current Project, To-Do, and an additional Notes section to any planner. With a monthly + weekly planner, up to two add-ons will fit inside. If you decide to get just the monthly planner, up to four add-ons will comfortablly fit inside. These add-ons are also avilable in digital form to be downloaded and printed at home.
The monthly spread is probably one of my favorite features about this planner. I love how the pages match the cover, but without too many designs to cover up space. The layout is very clearn and neutral, with the boxes being fairly large to write in.
For the weekly layout, I chose the horizontal week, starting with Monday. I prefer to keep my weekends together on the planner pages, but you can also select to begin with Sunday. There are five other different weekly layouts to choose from: vertical with the three boxes (similar to EC), hourly, student planner layout, unlined vertical, and lined vertical.
I love how spacious these horizontal boxes are and very minimal. With a clean layout, adding stickers, washi tape, and sticky notes won't clash with any other colors.
The dividers in the planner are made of thick cardstock and again, very clean but with beautiful colors. The tabs are very sturdy and laminated, making them well made to last for a whole year.
The final tab is the Notes section, with plenty of pages that are printed with the same "Mary" heart design.
As for the coil, it is definitely in comparison to an Erin Condren Life Planner and is very sturdy. I did not find any flaws in the coil and the planner is bound tight.
Also included with the planner, at no extra charge, is a coordinating planner band for when it gets super full! I'm really happy with my purchase and the quality of the planner is exceptional.
